RTO

Our regenerative thermal oxidation is characterized by H&OUML; Even small pollutants & shy; concentrations ensure a autothermal operation, i.e. there is no additional heating energy. The modular design enables a wide range of applications.

Compact TNV

Regenerative compact system

Optimal energy utilization is ensured by the integrated tube bundle heat exchanger. The compact design enables flexible integration into the production process and efficient use of energy by feeding it back into the process.

Combustion chamber

Each combustion chamber is individually adapted to your process. It is the solution for complex exhaust air flows and challenging installation situations.

Catalytic post-combustion chamber

Due to the use of catalysts, the oxidation of pollutants can take place at lower temperatures and is therefore particularly energy-saving. Ask us whether your exhaust air is suitable for this.

DeNOx

If there is NOx in the exhaust air, the usual oxidation processes are not suitable. Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) or non-catalytic processes (SNCR) are used here.

Energy saver

For optimal utilization of the energy sources used, ENVIROTEC offers appropriate heat recovery units for all systems. By using this technology, an active contribution can be made to conserving resources and reducing CO2 emissions.
